The new Fringe Scissors (Item # 133325 ) from Stampin'
UP! is a great tool to add
additional interest on your projects. This quick and easy tip will allow
you to get that perfect line of fringe.
Step
1: On the back side of your paper,
use a straight edge to draw a line where you want your fringe to stop.
Step
2: Use your Fringe Scissors snipping
up to your stop line. Do this again right next to where you just
snipped.
You can roll up this length of snipped paper to create a
flower; you can adhere the straight
line of snips as a piece of background or as an additional element on your
project, and so much more.
